We are a small-batch cookie bakery in Plymouth, focused on simple ingredients, big flavour, and properly soft centres.
The Cookie Box was started by me, Ceri Page; a lifelong cookie lover and home baker who wanted to share the joy of bakery-fresh cookies with everyone. What started as a weekend baking project quickly grew into a full-time passion, and now I'm thrilled to be able to bring our cookies to homes across the UK.
Rather than focus on a huge variety of flavours, we do a small range of classic, well-loved cookies - but we make sure to do them really well! We use simple, high-quality ingredients and bake in small batches to ensure every cookie is as fresh and delicious as possible. Our signature bake is a soft-centre cookie with a slightly crunchy edge - the perfect balance of textures.
To make the perfect chocolate chip cookie, we need to use the best ingredients. We use Callebaut Belgian chocolate, for our milk, white, and dark chocolate callets, which give that indulgently rich, melty chocolate experience. It really does make a huge difference to the taste and texture of the cookies, and we think it's worth it for that bakery-quality result!
We also take allergens and dietary needs seriously, with clear information on all our products. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our cookies with confidence! Whilst we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please note that all our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, peanuts, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free of allergen traces.
